SUMMARY
After establishing a solid presence in their region, the client chose to take the next step by engaging a wider audience through a native mobile application. The app was designed to support their hybrid business model while streamlining the booking experience for members.

SUMMARY
The main goal was to finalise the user flows, define the conversion paths and pin down the user experience for the development team. Following alignment on brand component usage, the pages were designed according to mobile usability guidelines, using a component-first design approach. Custom navigation and high fidelity pages were built in Figma, with Developer View enabling seamless access to design details for implementation.
