Part of a contemporary blockchain education initiative, this immersive experience branding project grew out of the need for a visual narrative shaped around the vision to make the experience both memorable and educational for visitors.
SUMMARY
The primary objective of the design project was to establish the visual language for the VR product’s future advancement. I envisioned an interface that would mimic the cockpit of a spaceship and allow the visitor to immerse themselves in the world of blockchain technology as they fly through its universe.
The popularity of the design came from the thrill of piloting through the blocks in the chain, zooming in and out of them with a strong emotional involvement that helped the visitors gain a better understanding of the system and its dynamics. I have chosen a tech-minimalist UI design to support the adoption of both web and VR interfaces. Creating a robust GUI and a comprehensive component library was also part of the project.
